The Ministry of Justice has announced a contest to fill the post of governmental agent at the European Court of Human Rights. The deadline for submissions is May 10, 5pm, IPN reports.
The contest is open to persons who have Moldovan nationality, are Bachelors of Law, do not have convictions, know the official language, know at least one of the official languages of the Council of Europe, have at least seven years’ experience in their field of work and weren’t banned from holding particular posts or performing particular activities as a main or complementary punishment imposed by definitive court decision.
The file must contain the application for participation, curriculum vitae, copy of the identity card, copy of the diploma of Bachelor of Law, criminal records, medical certificate (Form 086/e), copy of the employment record book, an own responsibility statement about full competency and an own responsibility statement about lack of bans on holding particular posts and non-inclusion in legal proceedings as a suspect or defendant.
The post of governmental agent fell vacant after Marin Gurin tendered his resignation on March 15 this year, one year after his appointment.
