The Constitutional Court has validated two new seats of MP, of Mihail Leahu and Alina Dandara of the Party of Action and Solidarity, (PAS), IPN reports.
The Court took such a decision following the Central Election Commission’s request to validate the seats of MP of the two substitute candidates from the PAS list.
The two posts were vacated by Dumitru Alaiba, who was appointed minister of economy, and Adrian Băluțel, who took over as secretary of state at the State Chancellery.
