The citizens of the Republic of Moldova as from September 1 will be able to enter the Russian Federation on the presentation of the negative result of a COVID-19 lab test taken within the previous three calendar days. The test result must be introduced in the application “Traveling without COVID-19”, shows a document signed by the chief state sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation, IPN reports.
The application “Traveling without COVID-19” can be downloaded free from AppStore, GooglePlay and AppGallery.
The requirement does not apply to persons who come from third countries and enter the Republic of Moldova for a short stay or in transit, on condition that the negative result of a PCR test done in a third country within three calendar days prior to the arrival to Russia is presented. The given persons should also have tickets and/or permits of embarkation throughout the way to Russia.
For Russian citizens, the period for posting the test results on the public services portal was extend to four calendar days.
