The President’s Office announced the extension of the contest to choose the candidate for the position of director of the Center for Strategic Communication and Combating Disinformation. Applications can be submitted by February 10, IPN reports.

The director is appointed by the Parliament, at the proposal of the President of the Republic of Moldova, for a five-year term. The competition consists of two stages: the examination of files and the interview.

The applications to register for the competition can be submitted in person, by mail or by e-mail. If the competition file is submitted by mail or e-mail, the candidate is obliged to present the documents in the original on the date of the interview.

The contest will take place at the President’s Office. Additional information on the date and time when it will be held will be yet provided.
