International road haulage permits for carrying goods from/to/through Ukraine and/or the Russian Federation that were issued before February 24 must returned upon their expiry, as decided by the Commission for Emergencies today.
Also, the Giurgiulesti Port must give priority to imports of petroleum products to Moldova. Licensees shall submit a written request, at least 48 hours in advance, to the terminal administration, indicating the exact amount to be imported.
The Commission also decided that, within 15 days, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, together with the Electronic Government Agency, will prepare and include in the Agricultural Information System "Agromaia" the models of reports on stocks of agri-food products. At the same time, within 7 days, the National Agency for Food Safety will draw up a list of registered economic operators by district dealing in storage and processing of agricultural and food products.
Additionaly, the CSE decision allows the marketing and use of stage pyrotechnic articles, as well as those with low noise and risk in the category of entertainment. Their sale had been banned shortly after the start of the war in Ukraine.
