Retail sales through commercial entities, excluding the markets, have increased by 10.1% during January-September 2006, and reached MDL 9.59 billion. During September retail sales have been estimated at MDL 1.32 billion. According to independent prognoses, retail sales through commercial entities could reach MDL 14-16 billion by the end of this year. In nine months of this year, services with and overall value of MDL 5.77 billion have been offered, a 5,6% increase compared to the same period of last year. In September, the overall services value has made up more than MDL 770 million. The average salary in our economy in January-September has been MDL 1619, and the inflation has reached 9.1%.
