The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) transferred 188.1 million lei for paying allowances intended for families with children, IPN reports.

Money was allocated for paying one-off childbirth allowances, childcare allowances paid up to the child’s age of two or three, monthly support allowances for twins and patently benefits.

The money for paying other types of benefits, such as social assistance, cold-month allowances, pensions, allowances for food products, state nominal allocations and state monthly allocations was also transferred.

The recipients can collect the money from banks or post offices.
