In order to repair the roof of the high school „N. Balcescu” and building’s basis, Ciorescu mayoralty needs 400,000 lei. At the order of Chisinau municipal mayoralty, construction department shall make a technical expertise of the school’s building and to draft a financial report for repairing of the school, where 900 pupils learn. Mayor Boris Plesca noted during the meeting at Chisinau mayoralty that it has to be replaced as soon as possible the heating system of the school nr. 45 that has 100 years and for a long time the term. At least 150,000 lei are necessary to be allocated of municipal budget, the mayor mentioned, as the local budget is poor. The mayoralty wants to build a pavement with a length of 600 metres, but money lacks. Lack of the pavement endangers pupils’ security going to school, children, but of grown-ups as well, being forced to go on the carriage, Boris Plesca underscored. Other 300,000 lei are needed for repairing a bloc of the kindergarten nr.220, including the roof. Ciorescu mayoralty does not have the possibility to make repairing of the Health Centre for which is needed 200,000 lei. in the same time, the head of health department, Victor Savin, criticised the mayoralty that it is the only one local public authority that did not invest anything in the Health Centre, comparing to other suburbs of municipality. Victor Savin required purchasing at least dentist equipment this year, costing 65,000 lei. The cleaning stations also is old, mayor Plesca noted and it has to be installed a new. The investment amounts to 900,000 lei. Ciorescu mayoralty needs other 500,000 lei to set a garbage place. Because of money lack, Ciorescu mayoralty cannot allot anything for road repairing. The specialists within public transport and communications department shall go to every place and to set which local roads need to be repaired, what surface and the costs. According to orders of the interim mayor, Vasile Ursu, the deadline for presenting the information is 15 April.
