The Ministry of Reintegration sent a letter with the proposal to create a joint working group to the representative for political matters to the Transnistria conflict settlement talks Valery Litskai. The group should work out the timetable of the join meetings of the groups of experts and their themes with the aim of solving the problems related to the implementation of the proposals put forward such as: to take measures to ensure the free movement, including the removal of the militia posts set up in the Security Zone without the consent of the Join Control Commission; to cancel the travel restrictions placed on officials and persons holding responsible positions; to jointly take part in the formulation and implementation of projects designed to restore and modernize the infrastructure, especially in the transport sector; to solve the social problems, including the one related to the running of the education establishments; to overcome the drought consequences and provide humanitarian assistance coming from abroad to the affected people; to carry out measures on phased disarmament and demilitarization.
