The first Moldovan International Education Fair (MIEF) will be held in Chisinau on March 21-22. It is an event of the Romanian International University Fair that has an experience of eight years, IPN reports.

According to the website of the MIEF, the fair will present opportunities of studying in Moldova, Romania and other countries from Europe, information about hundreds of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, hundreds of scholarships for international studies and personal development opportunities in the country.

The MIEF organizes discussions with persons who are now studying aboard and relate their experience there. During the two-day fair, the visitors will be able to take part in private presentation sessions and workshops mounted by the invited universities.

The participants will also receive information about different academic systems and their particularities, concessions granted by universities to students (accommodation, scholarships and training opportunities) and about possibilities of applying for scholarships to study abroad and engagement opportunities after graduation.

The fair will take place at Leogrand Hotel on March 21, between 12.00 and 18.00, and on March 22, between 10.00 and 17.00.
