Chisinau garrison leaders awarded at the end of military service

Chisinau garrison leaders, namely 30 soldiers, who have finished military service in the National Army, have been retired and awarded diplomas, letters of satisfaction, honors and military ranks, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a press statement of the Ministry of Defense. Brigadier General and Chief of Staff of the National Army, Iurie Dominic, said that soldiers who performed their duties conscientiously during the military service deserved full praise. “You did your military duty honestly and devotedly. I express gratitude for the exemplary way in which you learned the military art”, declared General Iurie Dominic. The retirement of soldiers takes place concomitantly with the spring enrolment in the Army Forces. The recruitment officially started on April 26 and will end on July 30. By the end of this period, the National Army will have filled its ranks with 1125 recruits. In May, other 50 soldiers from the Chisinau garrison were awarded for special merits during their service, in the presence of their parents and of the whole squad.
