37 out of 51 members of the youth organisation of the Democratic Party (DP), including its leadership, announced in a press release today that they have cut ties with the party. The press release adds that the former members are willing to join the political project initiated by MP Vladimir Filat. The reason for that is the situation created inside the DP in the last couple of days. “In response to our aspirations for modern politics and fair political competition practices we got nothing but intrigues and insinuations”, the communique’s authors explained.
