On the Easter Sunday and yesterday, the number of people who called the ambulance service was stable, which is not typical for the Easter holidays. Petru Cravet, spokesman for the Emergency Medicine Center, has told IPN that unlike other years, the people celebrated Easter without excesses. There were recorded only several cases of food poisoning.

At the same time, the number of calls to the green line of the Chisinau Emergency Medicine Center has doubled. As many as 1,358 people asked for the doctors’ advice how to prevent particular diseases from becoming more acute. Of those who called, 139 persons needed to be examined by doctors of the Center.
