Doctors are struggling to save the life of a 10-year-old child who was hit by a car in a crosswalk in Zarnesti village of Cantemir district. The boy is now in the hospital in a coma. Traffic Police Division spokeswoman Dana Andronic has told Info-Prim Neo that the child was riding a bicycle when he was struck violently by an Opel Astra. He suffered a severe cranial-cerebral trauma and went into a coma. The 23 accidents that happened in Moldova so far this year resulted in one death and 131 persons injured.
