The composition of the Supreme Security Council has been changed. President Maia Sandu signed a decree. Ministers Ala Nemerenco, Dumitru Alaiba and Vladimir Bolea have been excluded from the SSSC, IPN reports.

Asked by IPN to comment on the new composition, presidential spokesman Igor Zaharov said that depending on the topic, other relevant persons could be invited to participate.

"The composition of the Supreme Security Council has been revised in order to ensure a small and flexible structure capable of facilitating the rapid organization of meetings and responding efficiently to the current needs and challenges of our country", Zaharov said.
