Cesare de Montis: The Moldova-EU action plan gives Moldova the possibility to become an active participant at European projects

The action Plan Moldova-EU offers to Moldova the possibility to integrate in the joint European market, to use properly the bilateral collaboration and to become an active participant at different European projects, the head of the European Commission’s Delegation in Moldova, Cesaire de Montis, declared at a meeting with the prime-minister Vasile Tarlev. The European diplomat confirmed that the European Union will continue to support Moldova in reforming all the areas, specifying that he will personally make everything possible to promote good relationships between Moldova and EU in accordance with the signed Action Plan. The prime-minister thanked for the interest of EU for the evolutions of Moldova. “Establishing the office of the Delegation of the European Commission in Chisinau and also instituting the joint overseeing of the Moldovan-Ukrainian border, demonstrates once more that EU wants to strengthen and expand relationships with Moldova”, declared Vasile Tralev. Referring to the commercial-economic aspect of the cooperation with EU, the premier opted for fastening the process of giving to Moldova the autonomic commercial preferences. In this context, Tarlev informed the ambassador of EU that the mechanism of effective control of the origin of goods will soon be ready.
