The legal case opened against police officer Ion Perju, who is accused of the death of Valeriu Boboc, was sent to the Buiucani district court for examination, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the Prosecutor General's Office. Ion Perju was arrested on April 6. The prosecutors accuse him of intentionally causing bodily injuries that resulted in the death of the victim. The policeman was put under house arrest. The arrest warrant is valid until mid-June.
