To ensure the better functioning of the state, the President’s powers should be strengthened, the post of Premier should be eliminated and the President should be empowered to govern. The legislative body should have two chambers – the Chamber of Representatives and the Senate. The members of the Chamber of Representatives should be elected for a three-year term, while those of the Senate for a six-year term.

In the economy, the reforms should start with the re-inventorying of public property so as to assess the economic potential of the population and the country. An investment attraction body should be set up and the Lustration Law should be adopted. All the agreements adopted by Parliament since the declaration of independence should be reviewed and if abuses are identified, these should be annulled and the responsible persons should be held accountable. The possibility of starting businesses should be facilitated by offering grants and loans in advantageous conditions.

Artur Croitor also said the persons able to work should be provided with well-paid jobs and social protection should be extended. The state should offer allowances not lower than the minimum substance level to those who cannot work. Each citizen should be able to afford healthy food, clothing for all the seasons, communication services and possibilities of purchasing or renting a home.

The candidate also referred to the destroyed infrastructure,  unclean parks and chaotically erected buildings. Emphasis should be placed on keeping the historical inheritance. He suggests creating a culture fund that would be supplemented from a number of sources, including the state budget, grants, donations and a part of the taxes of private individuals and legal entities. A commission should be set up to annually approve the budget for culture, to inspect cultural-historical facilities and to organize cultural contests. Standards should be adopted and implemented in ecology and sanitation. Civil society should be supported and the freedom of the press should be ensured.
