Veaceslav Dobanda is the director of the European Integration Department of the Ministry of External Affairs and European Integration. He worked in the Moldovan embassy to Greece. Speaks several foreign languages. Contributed to Moldova's participation in arrangements and programs related to Central and South-Eastern Europe.
