Budget revenues collection plan overfulfilled in Chisinau
For the first time in the last few years, the budget revenues collection plan in the municipality of Chisinau was overfulfilled, deputy mayor Mihai Furtuna said in a meeting, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The Chisinau budget for this year provides for revenues of 1.774 billion lei. The incomes collected by July 1 totaled 959 million lei, by 103 million lei more than projected. Thus, the collections into the budget represent 112%, up 180 million lei compared with the first half of last year.
The revenues from the income tax on entrepreneurial activity rose from 1 million lei to 9.700 million lei, the incomes from the local taxes increased to 4.547 million lei, while those from the sale and lease of public property – by 13 million lei.
At the same time, the revenues from 15 sources, including the taxes paid by private individuals, property and land tax, patent tax and tax on public passenger transportation services have decreased. The suburban settlements of Bacioi, Durlesti, Stauceni, Ghidighici and Bubuici have the greatest budget collection arrears.
