"Enescu. Rhapsodies and poems" is the title of the concert that is to be held in Chisinau by the Bucharest National Opera Orchestra on the occasion of the National Culture Day, IPN reports.
The event will be staged on Friday, January 17, by the Romanian Cultural Institute "Mihai Eminescu" in Chisinau, in cooperation with the Embassy of Romania in the Republic of Moldova.
The concert, under maestro Daniel Jinga’s baton, will be a tribute to the Romanian composer George Enescu, 70 years after the maestro’s death, said the organizers.
The event will take place at "Nicolae Sulac" National Palace and entrance will be permitted with invitations. Also, access to the hall will be possible free of charge, with reservation of the seat beforehand.
