After 60 hours of searches, rescuers took out the body of the man who got stuck in the well when its banks caved in during cleaning woks. It was found at a depth of 20 meters, IPN reports.

The body was taken to the morgue for the medical-legal examination.

The accident happened in the afternoon of December 16. Press officer of the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service Diana Turcan said the operation was difficult as those who dug to find the man could have been covered by land.

The victim, 35, was from Sestaci, Soldanesti. He left four minor children behind.
