The National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has been awarded the Silver Prize at the 22nd Romanian PR Award, recognizing the excellence of the national financial education campaign "Financial Education for All". The initiative is carried out in partnership with USAID, through the Program "Institutional and Structural Reforms in Moldova", together with the Independent Analytical Center "Expert-Grup", IPN reports.
The campaign includes a series of activities and educational materials aimed at all age groups, promoting the understanding of key financial concepts and encouraging the adoption of sound financial decisions.
"This award recognizes our continued efforts to improve financial education in the Republic of Moldova. A financially well-informed society is the foundation of a stable and prosperous economy," emphasized Anca Dragu, Governor of the BNM.
"This award motivates us to continue to contribute to the development of a financially informed and responsible society", the Governor added, thanking the partners for their support and the colleagues at the BNM who have done their best to make Moldova an example in promoting financial education.
The National Campaign "Financial Education for All" was launched last fall with the aim to promote a healthy financial culture among citizens and to intensify financial education efforts in the Republic of Moldova.
