The manager of the national football team of Moldova Alexandru Spiridon announced the final lineup for the encounters with Andorra and Albania of the qualifying rounds of the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, IPN reports.
After a pause of four years and a half, Sfîntul Gheorghe halfback Alexandru Suvorov, who was named best footballer of Moldova in 2011, was summoned to play for the national team. Igor Armaș is another experienced player included in the lineup. The fullback of Voluntari hasn’t played for the national team for almost two years. Captain Alexandru Epureanu is recovering after knee injury and will be absent.

The match against Andorra was scheduled for June 8 and will be played at the Zimbru Stadium in Chisinau. In three days, Moldova will meet Albania away.
