Best employers awarded by the National Employment Agency

Thirteen companies were awarded for hiring a large number of unemployed people. Some companies provided jobs to more than 250 people, others hired young people and people in vulnerable situations. Thus, the companies were singled out for the professional integration of hundreds of people, the National Employment Agency announced at the awards event, IPN reports.

The ANOFM said that the employers created job opportunities in various fields, organized trainings and professional internships, implemented programs to subsidize jobs and support local initiatives.

An important criterion was the employment of young people aged between 16 and 34. Several employers offered stable jobs to dozens of young people at the start of their careers, giving them the opportunity to develop professionally.

The authorities praised the employers' efforts and urged collaboration between the private sector and public institutions to develop the labor market.

The fifth edition of the best employers awards was organized on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the creation of the Public Employment Service, founded on 18 February 1991.
