This year's edition of the guide to good wines in Moldova, Fine Wine Guide 24/25, was launched this week in Chisinau. The Fine Wine Guide contains a selection of 50 white and red wines, dry or sweet, cognacs and other specialized drinks, IPN reports.

For the first time, this year's edition contains simple recipes for snacks, which are best paired with a particular wine. The guide also describes the four wine regions with protected geographical indications, as well as the main grape varieties in Moldova.

The author of the wine selection is sommelier Andrei Cibotaru, author of the specialized website finewine.md. The guide was written in Romanian and English.

Fine Wine Guide 24/25 is published for the fifth year in a row and is available in printed format from the Cărturești network, as well as in electronic format, on the website vincuvin.shop.
