On the day before Christmas, most of the banks in the country will have shorter working hours, while on January 7 and 8 will not work, IPN reports, quoting the official websites of a number of banks.

For example, the branches of MobiasBanca, Eximbank and Moldincombank all over the country will close by one hour earlier on January 6. Usually, the branches of MobiasBanca in Chisinau work by 5pm. Today they will close at 4pm.

Some of the branches of Moldincombank and Eximbank will provide services for clients until 4pm, while other until 5pm, depending on the usual program of the banks. On January 7 and 8, the employees of these banks will not work.

The branches of Victoriabank today work as usual. On Christmas and the next day, January 7 and 8, some of the branches in Chisinau will work.
