Over 260,000 voters aged between 66 and 75 cast their ballots by 06:30 p.m. As in the first round, they are the most active voters, with a turnout of 77.06% in their age category, IPN reports.
The next category with a high turnout is that of voters aged 56-65. 310,000 people or 70.35% of the voters in this age group made their choice by 06:30 p.m.
Electors aged 76+ voted in a proportion of 62%, representing 74,000 voters.
In the category of voters aged 46-55, 268,000 people or 55.04% of the voters of this age marked their ballot.
Among young people, the voter turnout is significantly lower. The voters aged 18-25 participation in a proportion of 45.85%, which is 124,000 votes cast, while the young people aged 26-35 voted in a proportion of 45.78% – 228,000 people.
