SA Termocom said the apartment buildings without debts for heat will be the first to be connected to the centralized heating system. The announcement was made after Mayor General of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca said the heating season in the municipality of Chisinau may start on October 28 or November 1, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from the heat supplier, the blocks whose dwellers fully paid the heat bills and the multistory buildings with the level of payments of 80-100% will be supplied with heat the first. They are connected only after information is provided about housing stock managers’ activities aimed at recovering the debts.

SA Termocom warned that the apartment buildings with debts may remain without heat the next heating season. A number of 651 apartment buildings have been already connected to the heating system. As many as 2,297 blocks were issued with technical passports, while 1,284 have permits allowing them to be connected to the heat supply.
