The manager of the water supplier “Apa-Canal Chisinau”( ACC), Constantin Becciev, rejects allegations aired by some media as to an engine exploding at the Vadul lui Voda pumping facility. According to Constantin Becciev, the information is erroneous. “The pumping plant works normally, nothing has exploded,” he told Info-Prim Neo.
