Another two wine companies will resume exports to Russia
Another two wine companies from Moldova were invited by the Russian sanitary watchdog “Rospotrebnodzor” for a control of our production samples. The Russian sanitary agency announced that the companies are “Vinaria Bostavan” and “Lion-Gri”.
A group of Russian experts is expected this week in Moldova to examine the wine companies that are willing to export their production to Russia.
Sources within the Agro-industrial Agency “Moldova-Vin” confirmed the visit, mentioning that 31 wine companies will be proposed to the experts’ control.
The sanitary authority “Rospotrebnodzor” announced recently that it will examine the request of all wine companies from Moldova willing to export to Russia.
Russia’s chief sanitary inspector Ghenadi Oniscenko stated that besides the 5 companies that already received permission to exports ("DK-Intertrade", "Vismos", "Calarasi Divin", "Kvint", and "Buket Moldavii”), another 5 companies will be able to check their production in Russia and, if certified, to resume exports. These are "Asconi" SRL, "Basvinex" SRL, "Vinaria Purcari" SRL, "Migdal-P" SRL şi "Romanesti" SRL.
Concerning the situation of other wine companies in Moldova, “Rospotrebnodzor” will take a decision after the experts’ visit is over.
