Andrei Năstase: The vote on October 20 must be pro-European, pro ACUM

Andrei Năstase, the candidate of ACUM Bloc for Chisinau City Hall, guarantees "serious, multiannual expertise and funding from Romania and Europe". To do this, says the candidate, everybody has to go to the polls and vote, and this vote should be a "pro-European one, that is to say pro-ACUM bloc ". Statements in this regard were made during a press briefing, IPN reports.

According to Andrei Nastase, Moldova can receive almost one billion euros from the EU in the coming years. "No candidate for the City Hall can claim that he has access to the resources to which the ACUM Bloc has access," said Andrei Năstase. ACUM candidate states that he has already established with partners and friends in Romania and Europe what will be the strategic development directions.

"Good practice guides and urban management solutions verified in Romanian and European communities will be adopted and applied in the Moldovan communities. There will be no more social or economic experiments on people”, declared Andrei Năstase. According to the candidate, in order to return to "normality", people have to decide that they want to be part of Europe, and to assume with responsibility and forever the values and principles underlying democratic developed societies, where there are high living standards.

"Europe is waiting for our decision on Sunday and is watching carefully how we will take this decision. Our partners will not be able to help us if we do not help ourselves through a massive, intelligent and focused vote for the ACUM candidates,” said the candidate. Andrei Nastase urged Chisinau inhabitants to have confidence in his "word of honour" and to vote for a "better life".
