The founding president of the Party “Dignity and Truth Platform” Andrei Năstase has announced the creation of a civic and legal popular resistance movement. He said that he will create the movement as a lawyer and human rights defender for combining all the energies and resources available all over Moldova. According to him, this is a movement against the current government that he considerers incompetent and against the oligarchic and criminal forces, IPN reports.
“We are all going through a very difficult period in which the current rulers, some of whom took an active part in the large-scale thefts of 2010-2015, members of the government that laid the basis of the US1 billion theft, of the Russian mafia laundry, conceded the Chisinau Airport, now present themselves as representatives of the new government and of good times. These, using propaganda, kill from the start any healthy, correct political alternative to the current and former oligarchic governments. Using lie, the PAS daily robs the national budget, with the figures exceeding the US$1 billion theft of the times of Plahotniuc and Shor. Using blackmail, the PAS, similar to Plahotniuc, threatens the mayors and public functionaries,” Andrei Năstase told a news conference.
According to him, they now do justice in Moldova as in the times of Plahotniuc, when the elections in Chisinau were invalidated.
“I publicly inform this government that as from today, it has the biggest, most determined and vocal challenger in my person. I would be much bigger and stronger than your preferred challengers Shor, Dodon, Plahotniuc, Cavcaliuc and anyone else. I would be much bigger and stronger and also more important – legitimate. Because, unlike you, unlike all the bandits who struggle for power, with some of you founding old or new satellite parties, I, as a lawyer and human rights defender, have struggled for collective values, principles, rights and freedoms,” stated Andrei Năstase.
He noted that maximum attention should be devoted to progressive and globalist developments that threaten Moldovan communities and society in general. “The history of the world, including our history, is written daily, while each day the PAS goes like a bulldozer over the values and principles that keep us all united here, on the outskirts of civilized Europe, near Romania, is a day that our nation dies further,“ said Andrei Năstase.
