Advanced Journalism School to be opened the in autumn

The Independent Journalism Center and the Missouri School of Journalism, plan to open on September 4, the Advanced Journalism School. According to the executive director of the Independent Journalism Center, Corina Cepoi, every year are to be admitted 20 students which will be instructed during one year in the field of printed and electronic press. The program will include courses like news writing, radio-TV journalism, legislation and mass-media deontology, on-line journalism, investigation journalism, business and economic journalism, photojournalism, mass-media management etc. The theoretical courses will be followed by a 6 weeks time of probation at a media institution. The best students will get scholarships from the foreign donors. The teaching staff will be composed of very professional journalists from the country and foreign instructors and experts. Those who want to be admitted to the membership of the school must present until June 30 the copy of the diploma, three written materials, two recommendations and a motivation letter.
