Adrian Dupu, the candidate for senator in the Romanian Parliament on behalf of the National Liberal Party for the diaspora, said that the elections on Sunday, December 1, when Romania's National Day us marked, have profound meanings given that the entire European space is simply haunted by a wave of extremist and toxic conceptions and ineptitude, IPN reports.
"Several million Romanians live and work far from the country. Far from their homeland, from the places where they were born, wanderers, but animated by the feeling of affiliation to the nation and the country, the Romanians are carefully following what is happening at home, in this year of balances and vital decisions for our nation," said Adrian Dupu.
According to the candidate, the Liberals are the ones who assume in detail a European path for Romania. "We, the Liberals, molded from the values, principles and convictions that were the basis of the Great Union of 1918, urge all the Romanians to vote for a stable and predictable future of the entire Romanian society," noted the PNL Diaspora candidate.
"The Liberals are the ones who assume in detail a European path for Romania, and the millions of Romanians who live outside the country know and understand why the only solution for well-being at home, here, where the brothers, parents or grandparents of those who have gone far away are, is a vote for the National Liberal Party in the December 1 elections," noted Adrian Dupu.
Parliamentary elections will be held in Romania between November 30 and December 1. Moldovan citizens holding Romanian passports are expected to go and vote at one of the 59 polling stations, of which 17 will be available in the north, 34 in the center and 8 in the south of Moldova.
