The state allocates another 2.6 million lei for owners of farmland located beyond the Rybnitsa-Tiraspol road. A decision in this regard was approved by the Cabinet on Wednesday, IPN reports.

Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian said that the money is allocated for partial compensating the expenses incurred by the owners of land located beyond the Rybnitsa-Tiraspol road following the imposition by Tiraspol of illegal payments for the transportation of crops or seeds through the unauthorized checkpoints in the Security Zone.

According to him, the allocated money will be distributed by the end of the current budget year by the Dubăsari District Council.

After today's decision of the Cabinet, the compensations offered to farmers through the program of activities for the reintegration of the country for 2024 will amount to 4.6 million lei.
