The bloc ACUM next week will present a statement on the eventuality of issuing again invitations to MPs to discuss the package of de-oligarchization laws, MP of the Party “Action and Solidarity” of the bloc ACUM Dan Perciune stated in a news conference on April 5 when answering journalists’ questions, IPN reports.

Asked if ACUM will accept the Party of Socialists’ invitation to discussions, Dan Perciune said the MPs of ACUM are ready to discuss with all the MPs of Moldova who are interested in freeing the state from captivity.

Commenting on the call of the civic group “Initiative for Article 2 of the Constitution” to form an alliance with the Socialists for adopting the package of de-oligarchization laws, Dan Perciune noted they are glad that representatives of civil society approve of their initiatives.

Asked if ACUM will discuss the candidacies of Maia Sandu  and Andrei Năstase for Prime Minister and Parliament Speake with the MPs of the other parties, the MPs said all the discussions they have are public and transparent. Respectively, they didn’t have discussions on such an issue.

The package of de-oligarchization laws introduced by the MPs of the bloc ACUM into Parliament includes the decision on the adoption of the Parliament statement concerning the capture of state institutions, the decision on the dismissal of the director of the National Anticorruption Center, the law to amend a number of legal acts and annul the mixed electoral system and restore the proportional representation system improved in accordance with the Venice Commission recommendations, the decision on the creation of three parliamentary commissions of inquiry to investigate the money laundering operations, to probe the consequences of the implementation of the law on capital amnesty and to investigate the banking fraud by obliging the National Bank of Moldova to present the Kroll 2 report, and the law to mend a series of legal acts (Magnitsky Law).
