25 children and two adults went to hospital after suffering from food poisoning at kindergarten no. 101 of Băcioi commune, Chisinau municipality. According to Băcioi mayor, the institution’s activity has been temporarily ceased, until the implementation of all recommendations, IPN reports.

The victims are admitted to three hospitals of the capital. Samples were taken from the served food for laboratory tests.

In a press release, the National Agency for Public Health specifies that children are between 2 and 6 years of age, and the established diagnosis is acute gastroenteritis.
