Stela Mitriuc will hold the post of head of the Culture Division of Chisinau municipality until this yearend.

Contacted by IPN, Lucia Culev, the Division’s head, said she is on leave until the end of this year. As she does not have a deputy, it was decided to delegate the duties of head to another person.

Stela Mitriuc is a specialist working in the Culture Division. In the November 13 meeting of managers of Chisinau services and divisions, she will present the program of cultural-artistic events dedicated to the winter holidays.
