Approximately 40,000 job vacancies will be offered this year, while over 17,300 people will be involved in different social protection programs, in accordance with the plans for 2014 of the local employment agencies, IPN reports.

Under the same plans, over 2,700 unemployed persons will attend professional formation courses. 7,000 people will receive unemployment benefit, while 2,700 persons will be paid professional integration or reintegration allowances.

In an ordinary meeting of the Administration Board of the National Employment Agency, there were presented the Agency’s major objectives this year. Among them are increasing the employment rate among jobseekers by improving the provided services, and professionally integrating the persons from vulnerable groups, including the persons with disabilities.
