An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale occurred in Romanis’s Vrancea region at 03:26am at a depth of 126.463 km, according to the Romanian Seismological Service. It was felt in the Republic of Moldova as well. There were no victims or damage.
On its Facebook page, the Earthquake Forecast and Alert Center said it was a moderate quake typical of Vrancea County.
