The chairman of the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC), Eduard Musuc, says “it's a legal action through which the CMC;s decision of July 31 is carried out,” Info-Prim Neo reports. A communique issued by the PR Direction reads “last night, 4 unidentified people intruded the City Hall quarters and replaced the locks of offices 44, 46, 47 and 48, a fact established this morning by the servants coming to work and not being able to enter their offices.” Moreover, a police post was established near those offices, although the City Hall and the Interior Ministry do not have a due contract. General Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca called for the police dialing 902. But several minutes after the arrival of four police to investigate, they left without making any statements, the communique reads.
