The body of a woman aged 78 from a village of Soroca district was found in her house with signs of a violent death in the morning of May 9.
Asked by IPN to provide details, Svetlana Talpă, press officer of the Soroca Police Inspectorate, said the woman had two stab wounds in the neck.
The police seized a knife and ordered a medical-legal examination of the body. A 21-year-old suspect from the same district, who was put on the wanted list, faces deliberate murder charges.
