180 kg of hookah tobacco were discovered in a bus running on an international route at the Costești customs post. The bus was registered in Romania, but runs from Moldova to Italy, IPN reports.

The Customs Service said the bus was subject to a thorough check following a risk analysis. As a result, there were found 180 packs with hookah tobacco weighing 1 kg each hidden in a specially adjusted place in the left part of the floor, under the wheel.

The goods were confiscated. The investigation goes on. The culprit faces a fine for violating the customs rules.
