Thirteen more persons lost the battle with COVID-19 on July 3, taking the death toll to 573. The number of persons who contracted the novel coronavirus rose to 17,445 after the Ministry of Health today reported 295 new cases of COVID-19.
Seven more healthcare workers were confirmed with COVID-19 today, IPN reports.
So far, 10,093 persons have been cured of COVID-19. Also, 437 infected patients are in a serious state and 33 of them were put on a ventilator.
The public health authorities recommend maintaining social distancing, avoiding crowded places and wearing masks over the mouth and nose in situations when it is not possible to keep social distancing.
