The Party of Socialists’ candidate for the post of mayor of Chisinau Zinaida Grecheanyi said that she voted for the people’s hope to have a long and more comfortable life in Chisinau. “I believe in the people’s will,” she said when going out of the polling place, IPN reports.

“In the election campaign, I saw that the people really want the statements to be replaced by deeds in the municipality of Chisinau,” said the candidate.

Zinaida Grecheanyi noted she hopes the results will be made public by midnight and the voters’ will become known then.
