Zimbru scores five goals in match against Speranta

Zimbru Chisinau took revenge on Speranta Crihana Veche, in the encounter with which it suffered earlier the first defeat this season. On November 24, the ‘yellow greens’ scored five goals, beating Speranta 5-0, IPN reports.

The national team’s halfbacks Andrei Cojocari and Alexandru Dedov scored by two goals, while Dan Spataru one goal.

Before the match against Speranta, Zimbru dismissed three players, namely Vadim Cracimari, Roman Gusan and Anton Muntean. “I want you to find out this information from the team’s management,” coach Oleg Kubarev said in a news conference after the match, when he was asked to comment on this decision. “I’m only the coach. I don’t know what happens next.”

Now Zimbru ranks sixth, ahead of Milsami, which drew 0-0 with Veris. In another match, the leader Sheriff won against FC Costuleni 1-0. The goal was scored by the striker of the national squad Henrique Luvannor, who managed to score the seventh consecutive match. Sheriff is now 9 points ahead of FC Tiraspol, which tied 1-1 with Dinamo-Auto. In the other two matches of the 16th stage, Dacia beat Olimpia Balti 4-1, while Rapid beat Academia 3-1.
