The “Zdob si Zdub” band will perform this summer on the Romanian stages together with such world wide known stars as Pink, Alice Cooper and Marylyn Manson, at the greatest festival ever organised in Romania. “B’estival” will be held from June 29 to July 1. During 36 hours, 30 bands from ten countries, totalling 150 musicians will perform on three stages at “Romexpo” - Clicknet (450 sq m), Heineken Music Thirst (300 sq m) and Coca Cola Arena (a marquee of 750 sq m). The festival’s program includes Faithless, Morcheeba, Hooverphonic, Phil (from Orbital), Yonderboi, Suie Paparude, Reamonn, Kasabian, Wu-Tang Clan and others. At the same time, 5 Romanian bands, representing the new wave, are to be selected on a competition basis till April 15, for performing on the Future Heroes stage. Also this summer, “Zdob şi Zdub” will participate, together with other artists in a new tour on Danube, within the “Linz Tour 2007-2009” programme organised by the Austrian musician Hubert von Goisern. The “Zdubs” are to perform in 3 concerts within the multicultural tour - in the river-side cities of Ismail (Ukraine), Tulcea and Braila (Romania).
