Youth Guard says AEI told only lies

The youth organization of the Socialist Party “Youth Guard” accuses the Alliance for European Integration (AEI) of telling lies and not fulfilling the promises made to the voters. The young people Thursday staged a flashmob meeting in front of the Government, making public by five promises that the three parties of the AEI did not fulfill, Info-Prim Neo reports. Among the unfulfilled promises of the Liberal-Democratic Party, the young Socialists enumerated the rise in the monthly pension up to 1 300 lei and in the childbirth allowance up to 10 000 lei. They said the Liberal Party promised to eliminate all the forms of extremism, chauvinism and anti-Semitism and to increase the population’s incomes and teachers’ salaries, but this did not happen. The Democratic Party is accused of not fulfilling the promises to restore the good Moldovan-Russian relations and to promote persons who deserve to public posts, not persons who finance the party. The “Youth Guard” demands that the AEI should resign. The “Youth Guard” is a youth organization of the Party of Socialists of Moldova that held its first congress on December 11. The participants in the January 12 protest said they plan to stage more such events in the future.
