Young National-Liberals plead to join Euro-Atlantic values

The adhesion to the Euro-Atlantic values has been expressed by the Organization of Young National-Liberals (OYNL) by tendering a notification to the Romanian Embassy to Moldova to be sent to the NATO Summit from Bucharest, Info-Prim Neo reports. The message is about the strong and pragmatic commitment of the young National-Liberals for democratic values and unchangeable objective of Moldova to become a member state of the Euro-Atlantic community. According to the organization’s leader, Veaceslav Ombun, the youths also vehemently protest against the attempts of the Moldovan leadership to perpetuate the status of neutrality which drives Moldova away from the European civilization. According to the PNL leader, Vitalia Pavlicenco, Moldova has the chance to get out of the Russian sphere of influence and to build a genuinely sovereign, independent and territorially indivisible state, only at the moment of becoming a NATO member, being within a single security system with Romania. Moldova has lost both the Baltic train to NATO and the EU, and the one of Romania and Bulgaria, “and now we can also miss the Ukrainian-Georgian train”, the PNL leader specified. Representatives from the Romanian Embassy have declined to display a reaction as to the message, specifying it will reach both the Romanian ambassador and the participants in the Bucharest NATO Summit.
